Are you tired of falling back into your predictable life, failing at your New Year’s resolutions, when you’re only a few weeks in?

I have thoughts on this.

Step one is having a clear vision of what your ONE DREAM or your ULTIMATE OBJECTIVE is.

It’s also important that you focus on what YOU want. Most of us focus on what our doctor, our spouse, our significant other, our parents, or our friends want. Though these desires are important, their not powerful enough to get your subconscious beliefs, memories, thoughts, and patterns to change.
