GET LIT: Water is great, but plants don’t grow without SUNLIGHT. Neither do you.
Our bodies run on the natural light cycle, we call this our circadian rhythm. This rhythm is based on zeitgebers (time-givers) that tell your body when to begin and end processes.
When you get light within 30 minutes of waking, your brain learns that it’s time to begin the day.
The most potent of these zeitgebers is the SUN. Go get 5-10 minutes of direct infrared or blue-light exposure first thing this morning to start your circadian cycle. That’s sunlight, HUMAN CHARGER, or even the miraculous JOOVV Light .
Do it now, thank me later.
