If you’ve been following my path, then you might know that I’ve been on a meditation, pranayama, and yoga trajectory as of late.
After much inner struggle and self-doubt, I’ve stepped across the threshold.
We held our first SOMA Breathwork workshop on Saturday, September 28th, 2019.
My heart is so full with love, gratitude, relief, and ananda.
I cannot wait until the next time we conspire, or breathe together.
